The Brief

Encore Wealth Management asked us to design and develop an online system which allowed their clients to track their finances and investments.

Due to the nature of the service, the system had to be very secure and also needed to allow Encore representatives the ability to access any of the accounts to 'walk' customers through during one-to-one meetings.

The interface had to be intuitive and easy to use, therefore we decided that an AJAXian interface would give Encore the speed and flexibility required. A system which saved automatically as the user progressed through the different parts of the form would give Encore further piece of mind that clients were correctly filling in the system.
